Where we deliver across greater Canton
Our yard sits on 126 P Rickman Industrial Dr, in Canton's P. Rickman Industrial Park just off I-575, minutes from downtown Canton and Cherokee County's other towns. That location decides the shape of our day: Canton itself and the rest of Cherokee County — Woodstock, Holly Springs, Ball Ground, Waleska, Nelson, Hickory Flat, Sixes and Free Home — are close enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, while the farther counties down I-575 and along GA-20/GA-9 — Acworth and Marietta in Cobb County, Cumming in Forsyth County, Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and Mountain Park in Fulton County, and Jasper and Emerson farther out — are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
The Canton service area genuinely spans six counties, which is a different shape than a single-county footprint: most of it (9 of the 18 towns, Canton included) is in Cherokee County itself, 2 towns (Acworth, Marietta) are in Cobb County, 1 (Cumming) is in Forsyth County, 4 (Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Mountain Park) are in Fulton County, and 1 each are in Pickens County (Jasper) and Bartow County (Emerson). Cherokee County itself is a genuine mix — Canton, Woodstock and Ball Ground are incorporated cities with their own governments, while Sixes, Hickory Flat and Free Home are unincorporated communities governed directly by the county — so the meaningful differences town to town are incorporation status, density and access, not a single uniform legal shape. Canton itself runs a historic mill-town core along the Etowah River, alongside quieter, more rural stretches out toward Waleska and Nelson. Canton — Our home base
The core city itself, including the historic mill village along the Etowah River. Usually same-day, especially near the yard.
Cherokee County — the rest of Canton's home county
Eight more Cherokee County communities ringing Canton. Woodstock, Holly Springs, Sixes and Hickory Flat are close enough for frequent same-day service; Ball Ground, Waleska, Nelson and Free Home, farther out, are usually next-day.
Cobb County — south on I-575
Acworth and Marietta sit south of Canton down I-575, across the Cobb County line. Both are a regular next-day route from the yard.
Forsyth & Fulton Counties — east and south
Cumming (Forsyth County) and Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and Mountain Park (Fulton County) sit east and south of Canton. All five are usually next-day rather than same-day.
Pickens & Bartow Counties — north and west

Which towns do you deliver dumpsters to?
All 18 communities across six Georgia counties: Canton and 8 more Cherokee County communities (Woodstock, Holly Springs, Ball Ground, Waleska, Nelson, Hickory Flat, Sixes and Free Home), 2 Cobb County towns south on I-575 (Acworth and Marietta), Cumming in Forsyth County, 4 north Fulton towns (Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and Mountain Park), and Jasper (Pickens County) and Emerson (Bartow County). Our yard is on P Rickman Industrial Drive near I-575, so Canton, Woodstock, Holly Springs and the rest of Cherokee County are the quickest, and the farther counties are usually next-day rather than same-day.
Does it cost more to deliver farther from the yard?
Distance is a real cost, so an Alpharetta or Jasper delivery is not priced the same as a Canton one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
How far in advance should I book?
Right after a winter ice storm knocks down limbs or a hurricane remnant like Helene dumps wind damage across north Georgia, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites out in Woodstock and Alpharetta book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Can you deliver if I am not on the property?
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties, relocations and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.

Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 18 communities listed on this page, across Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton, Pickens and Bartow counties. If you are just outside that footprint we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
